Decision

Implement a Static SVG Fallback for small viewports.

Rationale

Prevents heavy canvas rendering on mobile, ensuring the site passes Lighthouse performance audits on 4G networks.

Implications

Requires FORM_FACTOR detection in the c-skill-network LWC.
